Refund & Cancellation Policy

RWALLIANCE believes in providing the best possible service experience to its users and follows a fair and transparent refund and cancellation policy.


1. Free Trial Cancellation

Users can cancel their free trial at any time during the trial period without any charges.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy (One-Time Setup Fee)

Since this is a one-time setup and onboarding service, the refund policy is structured based on service progress:
  • Cancellation requested within 3 days of purchase (before work initiation) will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellation requested within 7 days of purchase (after partial work initiation) will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Once the setup process has been completed or delivered, no refund will be applicable.

3. No Renewal Policy

As this is a one-time setup fee, there are no renewals and therefore no renewal-related refunds.

4. Cancellation Process

Users can request cancellation by sending an email from their registered email ID to our official support email address with their purchase details. Requests will be considered valid only after verification.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted before 5:00 PM IST on the applicable day.
  • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and may take a few business days to reflect in your account.
